REST API
ERP4U provides REST APIs for enterprise customers to integrate support tickets, CRM data, and notifications with third-party systems. API access is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Authentication
API requests use secure token-based authentication. API keys are generated from your ERP4U admin dashboard once API access is enabled for your account.
Webhooks
Subscribe to real-time events such as new tickets, status changes, and customer updates. Webhook endpoints can be configured per module from your account settings.
