By accessing or using ERP4U websites, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using ERP4U on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

ERP4U provides cloud-based business software including support, CRM, HRMS, finance, projects, inventory, and related modules. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information
• You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service operations
• You are responsible for data entered into your ERP4U account by your authorized users

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup or renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

ERP4U software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Webteam Private Limited. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your active subscription. You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webteam Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ERP4U. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
